a) Free Subscription: Gives the user full access to one Budget at no cost.
b) Paid Subscription: For a monthly fee of 15 kr., the user gets full access to the entire platform.

2. User Registration

2.1 Users must register with a valid email address to access the service.

2.2 The user is responsible for any activity carried out under the user’s account.

3. Terms of Payment

3.1 Payments for the paid subscription are billed monthly in advance.

3.2 Payment methods and specific payment terms will be specified during the registration process for the paid subscription.

4. Changes to the Subscription

4.1 Users can upgrade from a free subscription to a paid subscription or cancel their paid subscription at any time through their account settings.

5. Rights of Use

5.1 Users may not use the service for illegal purposes, infringe on the rights of third parties, or distribute harmful content.

6.1 Kå ApS owns all rights to the platform and its associated content. Use of the service does not grant users any ownership rights to any part of the service.

7. User Data and Privacy

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The service is provided “as is,” and Kå ApS disclaims all warranties. The company is not liable for consequential damages.

9. Conflict Resolution

9.1 Disputes between the user and Kå ApS shall be resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by the Danish courts.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

10.1 Kå ApS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments take effect when they are published on the platform.
